A couple things I noticed happening on East Front Street on a morning walk.
First, out with the cookies, in with the booze:

Mammoth Distillery will be moving from its home in the Warehouse District to the former home of le macaron which closed late last year. I hope all goes well with Mammoth. We are big fans of their products and if there isn't a bottle in our house, that just means we need to restock. Come to think of it, that time is coming near - we only have two partial bottles left.
Next, if you're a fan of frozen custard, then head towards The Coin Slot. Right next door is a shop that looks suspiciously like a yellow shipping container slinging an ice cream-like substance. Super Cone opened in recently and, according to The Ticker, is open from noon to 11PM every day. I will need to try it out - journalistic interest, of course.
