Irvine

One of the places that Mike (the other marchFIRST consultant) and I went was the Irvine Spectrum, an outdoor mall in Irvine. California, as I'm sure you know, is covered with strip malls. The Spectrum was one of the nicer ones.

After heading south on I-5 from Orange, we did some shopping at the Barnes & Noble. (I needed a new journal.) Then we had dinner at PJ Chang, a nice Chinese resteraunt. The food was great, and the waitress, Sydney, was very cute.

Nope, this isn't a shot from my trip to Morocco or Egypt, this is another entrance to the Irvine Spectrum. I wanted to eat at PJ Chang's again, though there was no Sydney this time. The food was just as good, though.
