Here is the market in Marakesh. Along with all kinds of strange foods - including pig's heads, which no one in our group was willing to try - there were also performers, like snake charmers and people dressed up in strange metal costumers. Once again, I have to thank Mimi for getting me a pair of stuffed camels. Now I have camels from Egypt and Morocco. We walked a bit more in the market, but a lot of things were closed for some kind of religious holiday where they kill goats. There may be more to it than that, and I am sure our Moroccan tour guide Absalom explained it, but I've forgotten that part. We also passed a casino where Winston Churchill was supposed to have liked to gamble. I couldn't get in. Obviously, they didn't know who I was.
