Because of my very, very busy life (that's sarcasm, folks) and my trip to Europe, I kind of forgot to post some pictures a trip I took in December - Cancun! I am now going to rectify that error.

I'll start at the beginning. Here is the first thing we saw upon entering Barcelo Maya - the check in desk. It was a 45 minute bus ride from the airport to the resort. On the way, I was a bit concerned because we were heading away from Cancun, away from all the 'fun' stuff to do. But I was glad we did not stay in Cancun = fewer distractions mean more beach time.

So back to the check in desk. It was a great greeting, as I was handed some kind of fruity drink by an attractive Mexican woman. Then a porter drove me and my bag (via a golf cart) to my room.
